I'm Erika Broze, a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I've been a therapist for 15 years, and much of my previous work has been  working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of concerns. My approach to therapy is client-focused. I like to put my client in the driver's seat, which means; what's important to you is what we'll talk about. A graduate of Ohio University, I have a Master of Social Work and have been in the mental health and addictions fields for 15 years. 

My career was started in community-based and residential therapeutic environments, as well as administrative social work experiences.  Growing forward, I found my calling in fostering the therapeutic alliance with individuals and couples with a variety of concerns.
